Colomba Bianca boasts a large variety of wines linked to the territory and are found starting from the coastal area up to an altitude of 600 meters above sea level.
It was founded in 1970 and is the largest Sicilian wine cooperative; the company has approximately 2,000 members and extends along approximately 7,500 hectares of vineyards between the provinces of Trapani, Palermo, Agrigento, Caltanissetta and Ragusa, with 5 wineries distributed throughout the territory. It is also the largest producer of organic grapes in Italy.
The winemakers are followed and advised throughout the year with the aim of obtaining grapes that express the maximum potential of each terroir. In some particularly suitable vineyards, high quality projects are developed by the Colomba Bianca team of oenologists who, in collaboration with the winemakers, follow the production trend throughout the year.
