For four generations, we have been growing our grapes within the integral natural reserve, WWF oasis, Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi, in Mazara del Vallo, on the southwestern coast of Sicily.
A centenary history, all female. Gorghi Tondi is a place first of all... a place with a story to tell... The story of grandmother Dora who in the early 1900s let herself be captivated by the atmosphere of this corner of paradise... an estate and a vineyard nestled between land and sea , in the Natural Reserve of Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi, in Mazara del Vallo.
It is my story and that of my sister Clara, both at the helm of the estate, driven by the same love as their grandmother, for the grapes and for the land. We have been growing excellent grapes for four generations, with the utmost respect for nature. We use clean energy, excluding any harmful practices for the protection of biodiversity.
