The company produces wines and extra virgin olive oil from the family olive groves of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla cultivars.
Our concept of agriculture has always been as innovative as possible in its simplicity, since the early 90s when Salvatore Giammalvo created Sicilian lemon juice without preservatives in the innovative cheerpack container, and continued with the return to the tradition of mechanical milling olive stone for the production of our extra virgin olive oil.
All this even when all the other competitors were going in the opposite direction, to arrive at the planting of the Gilletto vineyard and the experimentation of planting tropical fruits such as Papaya in Sicily in the open field and not in the greenhouse, in addition to the constant production of fruit and vegetables of the highest quality.
